Hammer blow distance is 48mm or about 1.88".  Let-off is from 3mm in the
bass to 1.5mm in the treble.  Drop is 1mm.

The reason it feels 'lighter' is because the action was designed to
function best when set up to specification.  The closer to spec the
'lighter' or more effeciently it operates.  Any ineffeciency introduced
will make it feel 'harder' to play even if the touch weight does not
change.
