The reason the pianos are bad is that I don't think they know at the factory what the proper specs may be...I had a keyslip on one that rubbed and keys stuck down. I found you cannot remove the warped key slip...so I did the awful...tapped the balance rail pin back a bit...did the trick. I hope you are getting combat pay, Ed Tomlinson
