I did find a #6 X 1/2" brass screw laying on the keys behind the key retainer stick, but that was only a part of the problem! Remember, this is an almost new piano. I don't think anybody will get this that doesn't work on wurlitzer grands a lot, because I've never seen this situation on any other grands. I'll put the answer in the morning post.
