On CompuServe, when you are in the "Reply" mode, the "Forward" mode, or the "Create Mail" mode, there are two buttons in the upper left hand corner to chose between. One says "Reformattable", and the other says "Send as Shown". If I want my message to be able to be wrapped by the recipient's e-mail reader, I choose "Reformattable".
