Dear List, 1. Has anyone tried the near perfect fifths tuning to see if it passes the PTG tuning test? 2. On pianos that haved endured, like Steinway grands, why hasn't the factory rescaled their bass sections if the inharmonicity curves are so much better as well as more uniform tension and tone quality?
