When my father (Albert Sanderson) came out with the FAC program for the
Accu-Tuners he was calculating for the stretch for single octaves in the
treble, as the program was put to use the general request was for wider
octaves. The FAC program was revised to calculate the stretch for double
octaves in the treble and a little wider octaves into the bass.

We had the origional FAC program from July 1991 to July 1992, Larry's SAT
S/N 378 was updated 4/92, and the second SAT S/N 1613 was purchased a couple
of years later. As the units with the older version of the FAC program have
come in for batteries or other maintenance Inventronics has been swapping out
the old version of FAC.

That is the reason for the two different answers to the same FAC numbers
being entered into the Accu-Tuner.
