Upright damper felts

 You might have to cut your own felt from strips (available through the
catalogues), that way you can make them any width you need.
  If the piano you are working on is an upright, 46" or taller, it might be
that the bass dampers were offset to provide hammer clearance. If you feel
the need to move the mounting felt pad, just trim it off and glue it where
you need it to be.
