Knabe & Gaehle Square Grand

Can anyone help with the dating of a Knabe & Gaehle Square Grand Piano
#1104. I know they were only made under that name from 1839-1854.  Does
anyone have such a piano that I might correspond with?

Finally I am missing the right foot pedal.  The left has a nice leaf design.
Anyone have experience in having unique pedals cast or know where such a
pedal might be found?
