Bob Scott makes a good point but Al Sanderson thinks it is the impedance of the board, volicity, or slower when damp. You will only notice this when tuning the same piano from season to season and remembering different FAC#s. It is most noticable at A where it can change from 7.5 to 9.5 on the same piano.
