Fred,

That piano was made by Kimball -- out of their Jasper American Piano
Co.  As for as the story of the piano being repossessed that's what
it is -- an old story.  The sales person makes the customer feel like
there are getting this great deal but in reality they are just paying
retail.

Larry Fine has a section in his book about this piano.  I am sure he
will be writing to you on this subject.  That's if he is not at the
NAMM show already.
