Yes, I was confusing Billings flanges with brass rail clips. I
haven't seen Billings flanges for quite some time, and have never had
to replace them.
Must be my deprived state that muddled my brain! We are without
water (in the system) here in Ashland, and it may be like that for 2
weeks! We are going to a town 15 miles away where the Y will let us
shower today, and I captured enough water in a bucket to flush the
toilet (once) this morning, but it is a challenge. Meanwhile, the
little creek in town has been raging across the main street and into
and out of the businesses there.
Water, water everywhere ... and not a drop to drink!!
Good luck twisting those dang flanges!
