advocating
wholesale repinning with efficient methods as long as 20
years ago. It
has taken me awhile to realize that...he was right!

Actually, Ted Sambell was advocating repinning wholesale in
1954 in "The Piano Technician". He wrote an in-depth
article in the June 1954 issue.
