Woah!
The duration to set a microsave oven for is directly proportional to the
volume of the material being heated. Duration is also dependent on the
material that the container is made of-- best to use a material that is
transparent to microwaves, such as high density poleyetheylene (which is
used for most plastic storage containers).  It is also a good idea to
cover the container, loosely, which keeps the surface of the glue from
drying out, retains heat, and prevent plastering the inside of your oven
with glue in the event of "hot-spot" boiling.  With a turntable, results
are even better and high heat can be used without risk of "overcooked
spots".
