Re; The Beckwith Pianos from Sears
About 10years ago, while servicing one of these creatures, I came upon
the original price tag stapled to the back. What was the asking price?? A
whopping $295.00. Wow!
Of course, the drayage & hauling companies made their profit, too. These
pianos are unusually heavy and overbuilt (ie; darn heavy!), so SOMEBODY must
have been making a few bucks on that!
