-- [ From: Garret E. Traylor * EMC.Ver #2.10P ] -- Piano rebuilt with teflon bushings 30 years ago. Has not been played for 10 years. Flanges have in excess of 15 grams resistance. No clicking. I have found that when I push the center pin part way thru and back again the friction immediately returns to 3 to 5 grams. Any comments. Will this work as a long term solution? (Provided that the piano is played regularly). Sincerely; Garret Traylor Equal Temperament Piano Service "One who does not read has no advantage over one who does."
