Does anybody have any experience using a SAT to tune a steel drum? It
seems to pick up the pitch without any problem, but I wonder if a tuning
can be generated using the FAC or earlier F4 mode. Also, anybody have
any ideas about whether or not a drum is inharmonic? The steel drum
maker at NIU is considering buying a SAT (yes,I know its not a piano, but
he likes the memory capability). Any experience with this sort of thing
would be appreciated>

Here at NIU we have a steel drum maker who is interested in using the
SAT for tuning purposes. Anybody have any experience with this?
Can you develop a FAC tuning, do drums vary in inharmonicity, etc.
