Dear Jim (FL) I liked your play on words about consistency and accuracy. Is it better to be accurately consistent? Or is it better to be consistently accurate? Is it worse to be accurately inconsistent or consistently inaccurate? I think I'm consistently indecisive about this. I'm just not sure. Well, seriously, I think as an aural tuner (I used to be the factory technical rep for Baldwin) I am at least inconsistently accurate. I have checked my own tunings on many occasions with the machine and I find a great deal of variation, however, they are all in the category of good tunings. Unisons are all that I ever worry about anymore. Jim Coleman, Sr. (AZ)
