I have no experience with these flanges but have had other Kawais stick
tight as can be out of nowhere after a long time of satisfactory service. I
had to size the felt with a water/alchohol solution. It is not that unusual,
you should see what happens to Tokai shanks and flanges after a while (not
all sets). perhaps the ABS is a red herring.
