turning let-off screws

Hi, Ed,

No, after all, there is enough space to accommodate the other action parts in
that location.  The advantage of the flange is that it aligns the button hole
with the screw.

I have not had any trouble with tight screws breaking.  I have broken a few
because of improper alignment of the truning tool with the eye.  I prefer to
use the type of regulator that has to bottom of the hole cut away to make off
alignment not a problem.
