I am suspicious that the technician contaminated the pins with skin secretions, because now the pins are rusty and they "jump" in the holes to the point where they are untunable. Most of the pins are this way. We had high humidity in Michigan last summer. This is a small grand, not the best piano in the world but probably worth saving if it can be done without remortgaging the houseThinking maybe the Falconwood inserts are worth a try, if I understand creectly how they are used.
