Dear Keith:

An apprentice of mine (Rick Simpson) has tried a light application of
BAC-OUT from BI-O-KLEEN Industries, Portland Oregon. It is an organic
biodegradeable fluid of bacteria digesting enzymes. (Quite a mouthful to
say too!) It can be used straight out of the bottle or diluted as 2oz per
gallon of water.

This is only available in the U.S. (Not in Canada eh?) Tell me how it works out!
