Keith,

   Reminds me of the lady who called me once when I lived in San Angelo, TX.
She said "we bought our piano new about 10 yrs. ago. Do you think it's time
to have it tuned yet?" I can't print the thoughts that went through my mind,
but I ended up tuning it 3 times to bring it up in one sitting and then again
in about a month!
