Tension increase with pitch changes

Just for the record, _frequency_ increases about 6% (x 1.059+) for each 100
cents of pitch raise.  _Tension_, which goeas as the square of frequency,
increases by about 12% (x 1.122+) for each 100 cents of pitch raise.
