      1. Work with one rail at a time
      2. Mount action on a board
      3. Attach about 4-5 old flanges, with tongues removed, to action rail
          near each bracket
      4. Make L-shaped wooden brackets which can be screwed (slot
adjustment)
to board base and pushed up to flanges
      5. Tack L-shaped bracket to flanges with epoxy
      6. Without removing L-shaped brackets with flanges attached, heat old
          solder and remove old rail
        7. Insert new rail, attach to epoxied flanges in correct holes
      8. Make any adjustments, dimensional changes, etc.
      9. Solder into place using 50-50 lead-tin solder and plenty of flux.

Propane will work, but more heat is better with the 50-50 solder.
If anything burns, the flame is not properly adjusted
       10. This is not as hard as it may seem, with a little practice, you
will be able to do a factory job
