All of these stories are very interesting. I happen to know that the Univ. of Minn. here has a deal with our local Yamaha dealer as well. They get 50-60 replacments every year and signed a contract (either with Yamaha, the dealer, or both) that neither party can exit this agreement for a period of 15 years unless both decide to void it.
