We have a similar situation here at Rutgers with a Yamaha dealer, except we
do not get a per centage and we store our old stock which I will be restoring
for future use. Our chair is not happy with the deal, but I am. Less
maintenance for me.

Our Kawai's constantly break strings for two reasons.
      1. Scale evaluation has revealed too high tension and too low
inharmonicity.
      2. Too hard a hammer. I have been replacing with Ronson to
great effect and nice tone.
