[CAUT] New S&Sons hung hammers

I'm doing a Hammer Shank and Flange replacement on a 15 year old D that is used for piano concerto's only to fill an 1800 seat house.  I'm told that the new D hammers are a little heavier and pressed more dense.


If anyone is interested in their exact strike weights out of the box (using Stanwood protocols for measurement), please email me privately and I would gladly show you.
