    Did you consider the WNG nylon parts? I think they have all the M&H dimensions covered, and I seem to remember that they can duplicate whatever flange/shank combo needed.  Never seen anything as consistent as they are, and the last two actions I have put together with them have gone together like the engineers designed them.  When regulated, all the let-off buttons and drop screws are in straight rows. (that IS where most of the irregularities  accumulate when the regulation is done).  I have never seen that with wooden parts.
