My friendly mechanic, been going there for over 35 years, quoted a guy over
$200 to replace the spark plugs in his car one day while I was waiting for
mine. The guy was shocked & walked out mumbling.
I asked the mechanic why, he said that car required a hoist & removal of a
moter mount & partially lifting the engine to do the job!
Kind of like replacing a tenor string in a spinet! Only a lot worse!
