Hi Jeff,

I just rebushed a guide rail. The 3/16" transfer punch worked to punch out the old ones. They were countersunk on both sides. The width of cloth I used was about 21/32" (ie a smidge over 5/8"). Glue not necessary.

Subject: [CAUT] Damper guide rail holes

Hi List,

Anyone know what size drill bit to use for drilling new damper wire guide rail holes for a Steinway B? Or where to find out?

Thanks,
Jeff Farris
