[CAUT] Selling Used P22s; was Position Announcement

Reason I ask is I've got one about 13 years old on consignment in like new condition on my floor and no one is biting. Sold new for $4K then, which translates to around $5500 now. Problem is, sitting in the same room with Pramberger PV118S, people would rather buy a new piano with better tone and a 12 year warranty.
