Hi, Dealing with a very poorly made china grand with serious problems. And wondering what the best position for the wippen lever at rest. Would it be ______________ or slightly tipped down to lessen friction of capstan on the heel Jack is blocking in the window felt and not that much room to remove any felt. Considering moving the knuckles 1/8" toward the hammers. This would I presume lower the touch weight.
