    Hi Don:
    When I worked for Syracuse U, they had a similar problem of access to the drama building (Syr.Stage).  They put in a swipe card system and issued cards, each tied to a particular person.  So they not only allowed access to the building, but they knew who and what time they came in.  They can give you more info on how it works.  We miss Central NY.
