Hi Jim.

As far as I know, Yamaha has announced no change in plans. Its not just 
a matter of training or holding classes here in Europe. Its a full 
bodied organization of Yamaha certified technicians.  Just how much and 
in what fashion they intend to directly "compete" I do not know.

Hi Ric,

Yamaha has suspended training, etc. here due to the current economic 
crisis. Don M. tells me that Kawai is holding classes back for a while 
too. Is this not an issue on your side of the pond? Or is Yamaha going 
ahead with what you described? Sounds interesting though.
