You might take a few more measurements to give yourself a better picture 
of what you are looking at.  DW alone is really not very descriptive. 
Read some of David Stanwoods basic touchweight materials, and there is a 
nice article available from Spurlock on touchweight I believe.  For the 
present "case study"  it would be very helpful to know Downweight, 
Upweight, Key Front weight and how many leads are used to establish that 
along with the action balanceweight ratio.

These factors actually can provide enough basis for very sound advice on 
how to proceed.
