Being a full member of patentstorm is just a matter of registration: user name, email and password, no subscription fee. http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/pdfs/patent_id/4602548.html gets you the full pdf with illustrations. http://www.freepatentsonline.com/4602548.pdf is another site to access it (same free registration). If you know a patent number, it's very easy to access full drawings for any patent. (The US patent office is obviously another way, but it is often slower and clunkier to navigate).
