Richard, That was my initial thought also - stupid piano owner. But that serial number absolutely does not go with the case styling in the other picture - it's just not a 1867 case style (which is what the serial number would indicate). So either the serial number is falsified, or the picture showing the serial number is from another piano. Either way something is fishy...
