[CAUT] piano moving stuff

I know many movers routinely tilt on the lyre; I watched it done on an Art Case "D" at an S&S dealer.  But... just because there's no immediate visible damage, isn't it probable that it's overstressing glue joints that aren't designed for side stress?  Look at the fore-and-aft braces to resist a player's foot -- a lot less stress!  Most lyres I see have play in them somewhere, even after snugging up the bolts.
