Jeff- This is a sad story and I think most of us can feel the loss. None of us can really know the entire picture of your situation there, but whenever a competent technician is forced to leave over reasonable compensation that is not good. I'm convinced that a big part of the problem is that we are so easily isolated. This forum has been an enormous benefit and positive influence, but we really do need to be aware and support each other. It may not seem like much sometimes, but that's what we have. I'm also currently waiting for response to my initiation of a review to update our entire maintenance program including budgets and salary. All the best to you as you move on to new and hopefully better prospects.
