[CAUT] Parts Mark up - Institutional Variation

[Chris Solliday]

I only use this formula for contracted institutions as I consider it a very
friendly discount. My general approach is that I am the supplier of parts to
the retail market and therefore entitled to a reasonable mark up plus
shipping cost.
