I live in Wisconsin about a 3 hour drive from Oshkosh and have, on 2 occasions, picked orders up that were time sensitive. One of those times I also had an adjustment knob from an artist bench, manufacturer unkown, the other knob was missing. I brought the remaining knob for measurement of the inner diameter and they bored out a pair of theirs to fit, no extra charge. Great people to deal with! Mike -- Age is an issue of mind over matter.
