[CAUT] Roger Jolly's article

Hi List,

A few years ago Roger Jolly wrote an article in the Journal about applying 
a drop of epoxy to the treble strings in front of the capo.  I couldn't 
locate it in the archives.  Does anyone remember when he did this?  I've 
done it a few times and it does help and wanted to share it with our 
chapter next meeting for the aftermeeting presentation.
