[CAUT] Mason & Hamlin agraffes

Fred & Alan,

I will give a look for other sources of the noise but I'm pretty sure  
it is the agraffe. The reamer I have is a No.12 HS. I don't remember  
where I got it but it does have a radius. I'm not sure if it is 60  
degrees like the one from MSC.
