[CAUT] Steinway duplex placement

For what it's worth, for the next time someone asks, these 
are, according to Steinway, the positioning measurements for 
the duplex bars. Allan Gilreath posted these to the list in 
1995. If you want millimeters, do your own conversions. <G>
