Bear in mind, that's my opinion.  You'll get different opinions.  But  
it seems to me that the turbo wips are a bandaid for a bigger  
problem.  Fix the bigger problem and eliminate the need for the  
little spring that has to be regulated and the little strings that  
will start breaking in 10 years.
