[CAUT] capstans

Thanks to all who contributed to the loose-capstans thread.  Last week I
took the piano out, stack off and checked all of them.  Any capstan that
I could turn with my bare fingers I removed and glue-sized the hole.
When dry I replaced the capstans and they were quite nice.  Problem
solved.  I didn't (and normally don't) have any CA glue so I used the
diluted Titebond.
