[CAUT] teflon application

For knuckles I prefer the hammer felt mutes (Schaff Cat pg 33 Item No 206).
The Teflon clings nicely to the felt and the 3/4" wide surface makes for
fast application for knuckles.  Pipe cleaners work well for bushings.
