The PianoDisc web sight is also not working. > Rob This was announced last week. But the reports we've gotten is that the phone system and website are uneffected by the fire. You might want to try to call them again. I also heard that shortly after the fire, a load of PD units came in from China, and they were sent to another location to be installed in a load of pianos that also was on its way to Sacramento. Although the fire was devastating and destroyed the operations at the warehouse, the company is working very hard to get their products out to their costomers by shifting the work to other locations around Sacramento. It has yet to be detirmined whether the warehouse will be rebuilt, or another location will be found. Willem Blees, RPT Piano Tuner/Technician School of Music University of Alabama Tuscaloosa, AL USA
