Hi John,
	With respect to developing a "CAUT Credential" we would hope to  
include all cauts, definitely including part time and "informal  
contract." With respect to a discussion of bidding issues, that  
pretty much concerns part timers only.
	We do definitely want to dispel the notion that the purpose of the  
caut committee is only for that tiny minority of full time employed  
techs. It was a group of full-time cauts who started the committee  
and initiated various activities, but we have been moving in the  
direction of trying to include everyone. One problem we run up  
against is lack of part time contract cauts who are willing to get  
involved. Current committee membership includes four full time  
employed, two half time employed, and two contract part time cauts.
