Jim, Susan,

I didn't mean to give the impression that I don't like the results of my =
work--like improving the piano by leaps and bounds and hearing folks =
play, etc--that really is the pay off.  It's just that the actual =
physical act of tuning, for me, is <work>.  The rest of what I do is =
like <playing>.  Know what I mean?
